Technical fluency is built over years. But the part most coaches cannot reach alone is narrower: where to look, in what order, and what a visible fault is actually telling you.

Aureus Certified Coach
Awarded on passing the individual assessment, not on attendance. Some coaches leave without it. That is what makes it worth holding.
Who is it for
Coaches who are ready to change where they look and how they see.
Club coaches, academy coaches and federation staff. Experienced enough to have habits; curious enough to question them.
If you are early in your coaching career, this is the best moment you will ever have to take it. An eye that has not yet been trained has nothing to unlearn. Most coaches spend years correcting what they were taught first. You will simply begin correctly.
Does it replace federation certification?
No. It sits on top of what you already hold and focuses on technical diagnosis at the level of the hand.
Can my club pay?
Yes. A club invoice and a one-page program summary are available on request.
What happens afterwards?
Certified coaches retain access to the written doctrine as it develops and can submit difficult footage for a second opinion.
