Aureus works with the technical structure of a program: how coaches read players, how corrections are sequenced, where different voices contradict one another, and where the development pathway loses coherence. We observe your coaches on court, record how each one diagnoses and corrects, and identify exactly where they diverge. From there we develop a common system that your whole team can apply.
The objective is not to impose a brand-new curriculum. It is to identify where technical thinking is currently limiting the players and coaches.
